Cast, Blast, & Bear Hunt

       Black Bear and Upland Bird hunting while fly fishing makes up our Cast & Blast adventure. With this hunt you get to use a rifle, shotgun, and fly rod. We like to think of this hunt as our laid back style of hunt. There is no rush for anything. You just go fishing and if you see a bear or grouse on the way, you go after it. We are also allowed to bait and run dogs on these fair weather hunts. We have seen as many as eight bears at a time on these baits. Because we are so remote, very little pressure gets put on these bears. Hunters coming into this area are allowed to shoot two bears if they choose. You can see color phases from almost white to black to blue. Cinnamon, red & blonde bears are fairly common.  This hunt takes place in a two bear area.  Guaranteed bear tags.
