Spring Black Bear

Our spring Black Bear hunts take place on the Main Salmon River in our Front Range area.  Like cougars, these bears receive very little hunting pressure because of the large wilderness that borders this area.  We use bait, spot & stalk, and hounds.  Most of this hunting is done on foot, four-wheeler and four-wheel drive pickups.  Hunters are allowed one bear per person and TAGS ARE GAURANTEED.
